Information for parents
Accommodation
All of our students will be staying at VILAS Campus, located in Palmanova Beach , Mallorca .. Students will spend a major part of the time during their stay there, that’s why its facilities and amenities are of great interest to us.
The campus’ facilities and rooms provide all the homely comforts for campers will need : free WiFi, Air conditioning , players zone , restaurant . We take care that each and every one of our students can feel at home.

Personal supervision from our staff
All staff members have been carefully selected. All of the staff members have extensive experience dealing with young people and have a professional qualification to prove it. Students are supervised by VILAS Academy staff. At night there are staff who stay at the residence.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival at the airport
Transfer company will be waiting at the airport for the students and will take them to VILAS Academy. Please be sure to have printed voucher for transfers.
Complete arrival and departure information must be received by our staff in advance , at least a week before arrival.
Staff
Upon their arrival at the airport, all students will be constantly supervised ! Our staff will make sure they are OK and will be on hand to help when they have any questions or doubts.
Student Behaviour
We hope that every child who joins us will enjoy all the aspects of their stay. We will not tolerate any kind of anti-social behaviour. Any teasing, bullying or unacceptable conduct will be dealt with by the Academy Manager as a matter of urgency.
Only a few incidents require us to implement our Rules and Code of Conduct procedures. If, during their stay, your child reports any problems to you relating to the above, then please inform us as soon as possible so that we can deal with the matter immediately. If the Academy Manager decides that due to persistent bad behaviour a child has to be sent home, then it will be entirely at the expense of the parent/guardian concerned. Under these circumstances we will not consider a refund.
Smoking and alcohol
We have a no-tolerance policy on smoking and alcohol at academy and both are strictly forbidden. Any participant found to be either drinking alcohol or smoking will be sent home immediately. The flights will have to be paid for by the parents and no refund will be offered.
Hygiene
Personal hygiene is very important. It is imperative that all children shower at least once a day after practising their sport.
Food
Good nutrition is essential for the growth of children and even more for the physical and mental effort involving sport activities. All our students have a varied diet based on Mediterranean ingredients (fruit, pasta, fish ,meat and vegetables).
Visits
Parents can visit their children in Vilas. You must simply communicate the dates of your visit. If you want us to manage your stay we will be happy to help you.
Night activities
Code of conduct:
Vilas Academy applies code of conduct for players in competition of Tennis Europe Junior Tour and ITF, for all players joining programs. Code of conduct includes regulations about behaviour, punctuality, offences, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Weekly rate will not be rated daily.
· The full amount paid may be credited toward a future reservation. No date limit to use the credit.
