Vilas Academy provides an excellent he opportunity for tennis players to feel and sense the excitement of pro tennis while receiving a high performance tennis training program.
HIGH PERFORMANCE program is personalised and for a limited number of places.
For each player VILAS Academy offers assistance, training and a special program to improve during the stage. Program includes: personal technical tutor, specific physical training program, psychological follow-up, coach managed games .
Program objectives: Achieve significant improvements on players level trough specific training plan designed by VILAS Academy professional staff. For any level of player, the academy has the primary objective of obtaining the best possible result for each one.

Morning Session: Monday to Friday
9:00 to 13:00 h
Tennis group training Vilas Competition + Fitness program
During group sessions players work at reduced group training of max 4 players . Selected by age and level
Afternoon session: Monday to Friday
1 Hour individual training with Vilas Academy coaches. ( one to one )

Code of conduct:
Vilas Academy applies code of conduct for players in competition of Tennis Europe Junior Tour and ITF, for all players joining programs. Code of conduct includes regulations about behaviour, punctuality, offences, etc.
